MAT  ROOM.

CORE TO PEACH

Accessible for all levels of experience. This Pilates class focuses on building a strong core and lifting your glutes through controlled, effective movements. Perfect for all fitness levels, you'll improve stability, flexibility, and strength while shaping your body from the inside out.

STRENGTH

Accessible for all levels of experience. This class is designed to incorporate fundamental Pilates movements with a focus on building full body strength. With the addition of resistance and many optional layers, you will be feeling a little extra spicy at the end. We always aim to improve the formation in your body during movement.

YOGA | VINYASA FLOW

Targeting the body's connective tissues rather than muscles, we flow into each pose that is typically held for up to 5 minutes, allowing time for deep release. Yin encourages stillness, mindfulness, and breath awareness, promoting a sense of calm and inner balance. It is ideal for those looking to increase flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. The practice is suitable to all levels with modifications if required.

REFORMER  ROOM.

ESSENTIALS

Accessible for all levels of experience, especially the first-timers or anyone looking for a lower intensity. This class is designed to work through shorter flows to connect the principals of Pilates with your mind, body & breath. With this guided process and pace, you'll gain the skills and confidence required on the Reformer to progress to our Sculpt class.

BASE & BUILD (OPEN-LEVEL)

A supportive, feel-good flow where strong foundations come first and extra spice is always optional. Expect guided movement, thoughtful progressions, and plenty of space to move at your own pace (or push it, if you feel like it).

Whether you're at the level of Essentials or Sculpt, come as you are! We’ll meet you there.

RECOVERY STRETCH

Accessible for all levels of experience, especially the first-timers or anyone looking for a low intensity. This class is designed to release muscle tension by lengthening your muscles and joints that are in need of a release. Our slower paced recovery stretch is the perfect way to reset the body and the mind, increase flexibility and walk out of class feeling the sense of freedom.

SCULPT

We level up on the intensity for the frequent pilates movers who are ready to progress from Essentials. This class is designed to enhance your muscle endurance, improve your core stability and refine your overall strength. We progress to longer flows, transitioning between movements with different layers as we level up from the essentials with minimal spring change or rest.
