FAQ.

"I’m new to Tabletop Pilates, where do I start?"

You can get started by purchasing our 21 Day Recharge Introductory Offer or a weekly membership. Introductory offers are limited to one per client and are designed to help you experience our studio, instructors, and class styles before committing longer-term.

"What service types do you offer?"

We offer Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga and specialty classes. Our classes cater to all levels of experience, and instructors provide guidance and modifications throughout each class. Please refer to the timetable on our website or the Momence app for current offerings.

"How do I book classes?"

To book your first class, please visit the "timetable" tab on this web page. All future classes must be booked and managed via the Momence app. We do not accept bookings or cancellations via email, phone, or social media.

"When should I arrive for class?"

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time. Our reception is not attended and cannot be seen from the exercise rooms. Studio doors lock 5 minutes after the scheduled start time for the safety of the clients and staff. Late arrivals will be denied entry and considered a no-show.

"What do I need to bring?"

⏺ Grip socks are compulsory for all Mat and Reformer classes. These are available for purchase at the studio if needed.
Comfortable activewear is recommended.
Please bring your own water bottle, we have a refill station available in our reception area.
Please bring your own sweat towel for hygiene purposes.

"Can I bring my children to class?"

Children are not permitted in regular classes unless attending a designated child-inclusive class. Due to OH&S and insurance purposes, children are unable to wait in reception unattended.

"What is your class cancellation policy?"

You may cancel a class up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to fees or loss of class credits depending on the pass or membership type.

Cancellation policy for weekly memberships & introductory packages:
Late cancellations incur a $10 fee, with the class credit returned for future use. No-shows incur a $20 fee and the class credit is forfeited.

Cancellation policy for all class pack holders & casual drop-in: 

Class credits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

For all members → Cancellations made within 30 minutes of class start time are treated as no-shows.

"How does the waitlist work?"

⏺ If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.

If a space becomes available and you are next on the waitlist, you will be added to the class automatically and notified via SMS if it is more than 60 minutes prior to the class start time.
Within 60 minutes of the class start time, if a spot becomes available, a "first in best dressed" SMS will be sent out to all guests on the waitlist.
 Standard cancellation policies apply. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend.

"Do weekly memberships have a minimum commitment?"

Yes. Weekly auto-pay memberships have a minimum commitment period of 12 weeks, think of it as a commitment to your health & well-being!

"Do class credits on weekly memberships roll over?"

Yes. Membership class credits roll over for up to 7 days only. Any unused credits after this period will expire. 

"Can I pause my weekly membership if I go on holiday?"

Yes. Weekly memberships may be suspended for a set period every 12 months. Further details on this are listed within the terms and conditions of your membership.

"Can I attend classes while pregnant?"

All pregnant clients that are new to Tabletop Pilates must email us at hello@tabletoppilates.com.au for further information on how we can support you throughout your journey safely.

"Are there age restrictions for these classes?"

Attendance for minors is subject to age specific requirements, supervision rules, and separate waivers. Please contact the studio before booking for clients under 18 for further information.

"How can I get in touch with the studio to ask further questions?"
